Gravity Caddy Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty:
Gravity Caddy products are covered by a one-year warranty from the original purchase date for the first purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not apply to parts subject to normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or misuse. Negligent handling or improper use is also not covered, and repairs outside of the warranty may incur service and/or handling charges. To validate your warranty, an original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gravity Caddy purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in resellable condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that a restocking fee of $49 will apply per product. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Once the restocking fee is received, we will provide a return shipping label.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gravitycaddy.ca with details about the defect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
