1. How to Fix Double Feeding Issue

Problem: When hitting the ball, two balls feed instead of one.

Solution:

1. Disassemble the Green Link Box & Grey Delivery Arm

   • Remove the Green Link Box first by gently pulling it away from the main unit.

   • Next, detach the Grey Delivery Arm by sliding it out.

2. Check for Any Obstructions

   • Ensure there is no debris or misalignment affecting the seesaw mechanism.

3. Reassemble the Green Link Box & Grey Delivery Arm

   • First, reinsert the Green Link Box securely.

   • Then, attach the Grey Delivery Arm, ensuring a snug fit.

4. Check the Rubber Tee Placement

   • Make sure the rubber tee is not squished and is clear of obstacles, including the silver metal piece.

5. Use a Premium Mat for Best Performance

2. How to Fix the Delivery Arm Not Stopping

Problem: The Grey Delivery Arm continues moving instead of stopping after dispensing one ball.

Solution:

1. Check the Link Box Connection

   • Ensure the Green Link Box is securely attached. If it’s loose, the Delivery Arm may not reset properly.

2. Inspect the Seesaw Mechanism

   • The mechanism should tilt slightly back after dispensing the ball. If not, adjust it to make sure it’s balanced.

3. Confirm the Rubber Tee is Not Obstructed

   • A squished rubber tee can cause the ball to sit improperly, affecting the seesaw function.

4. Reassemble and Test

   • After making adjustments, test with a few golf balls to ensure smooth operation.

No, Gravity Caddy is designed to work specifically with the provided rubber tee. The tee activates our unique seesaw mechanism to dispense balls without any external power source.
