Warranty

Gravity Caddy Products are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to normal wear of any parts if unauthorized repair and/or alteration has been performed. Defects and damages caused by the user’s negligent use of the product and/or improper or careless handling are not covered by the one-year warranty and a service and/or handling charge will be required for non-warranty repairs. Original receipt is required to verify the purchase.
